  CTEC extended diploma performing arts unit 13 dance technique   Task two-successful features of kathak performance 17 th February 2022   the physical skills in kathak dance- one physical skill in kathak dance that I feel I executed confidently was my ability to use posture and alignment, I feel during the performance i used the correct upright posture with my back straight and chin up as well as the correct use of alignment in my arms and feet, throughout my arms were long and stretched out with the correct positioning of my feet especially during the turns. Another physical skill I feel that i worked well on during my kathak dance piece was my balance, in my groups performance we used a lot of things that contained balance for example to lifted one legs and held it up on the word fulfilled.
