evaluation of final jazz performance
One main skill I feel I executed confidently
and effectively in the final performance is my flexibility, this is purely
because whilst doing the click sequence with the rhythm of 1,2,3,4 and 1,2,3,4
I was demonstrating this skill correctly and had the correct coordination and
rhythm in my hands. In these two pictures you can see how I flexed my hand in
the first picture my hand are tucked in and on the second picture my hand are
flexed out whilst clicking.

One exercise that can majorly help improve
your balance and stability is standing with your weight on one leg and raising
the other leg to the side behind you.

One feature I feel I executed confidently and
effectively in the final performance is my ability to use character and
expression in my face and body , the reason I feel this was executed correctly was
because throughout the performance I kept a very sensual and flirty face whilst
moving around. I know this personally as during the peer feedback my peers
mentioned this and I could see for myself whilst watching the video back.
This picture shows a demonstration of how I
used my character effectively-
Area for development-developing features of
jazz technique
One feature of jazz technique I feel I need
to develop in my final performance is my isolations of body parts. Isolations is
one thing I really struggled with in the final performance as its not really
something you do on the daily basis it takes practise to move you body in a way
your used to. In the jazz sequence there are two isolations one in the chest
and one in the hips I struggled with the one in the chest the most.
This is an example of where I struggled
with the isolation-
